Re: Filling of Personal Data Forms By Students in
Our Training Institutions
At the 41st General meeting of the Board of the
Nursing and Midwifery Council of Nigeria, held
11th-13th July, 2017, it was directed that the
following information should be communicated to
all the training institutions in the Country on the
above subject matter.
-   The Council observed with dismay the alarming
rate of errors in the personal data forms of
students from various institutions in the Country
received at the Council Offices at all levels.
-   Henceforth, Students are to be allowed to fill in
the Council forms in their own handwriting
-   Lecturers, teachers and focal persons are to
desist from filling any Council form for any student,
as you will be accountable for any error to this
effect.
It will be appreciated if you would kindly bring this
information to the attention of all concerned.
Thank you.
Onwe, Charity Uzoamaka (Mrs)
Director Nursing/HOD(PR&S).
